Absolutely not. Although you can look at it as a global minimum.
Is the package the same globally?

They announced it to be 2 months where you get paid your full salary and are fully employed but don't do any work. Your job is essentially to find another job. After that, your package is 4 months of pay + cobra, and possibly RSU that was not vested.
It sounds really good, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that is true because it will be quite a bit of money for me.
