You might find folks acting strangely, managers and directors doing things intentionally or just playing d-mb… all lead to clues of what’s coming next Monday. Share all clues. Anxiety is high, morale lowest, ELT is still celebrating while others know their fate. If not this, then next one in February.

If your manager cancelled team meetings and 1:1s this week, please look for a new job. They can’t say anything but they can have “no updates” and no team meeting.
My Leader blocked time Thurs and Fri stating "PTO". Is HR still conducting LR training this week?
Guess the main point being that the LRs never really stopped so guess he is technically telling the truth. "As part of our on-going LR effort"...etc.
CFO will say he doesn’t see any more layoffs in the future for the fourth time since joining Cisco. Oh yeah, and Fran will thank him again for the fourth the time.
If share price is not increasing then Chuck must be thrown out along with ELT earning millions in compensation and stocks.

Can we file a class action lawsuit for this? I am too stupid to know the legal loopholes Cisco has taken but I imagine enough of our feathers are ruffled that we might be able to make an impact if we all work together...
