Finance was offered vsp. Sounds like they didn’t get the number they wanted and there are many groups who are leader heavy

Not surprised. I used to be in Finance. We were always asked to lead by example when it came to lowest expenses. Quite the disparity with the rest of the business who spent like drunken sailors.

And the official answer is NO. If you get riffed and did NOT click the VSP button, you do NOT get the enhanced package. That was well documented before the final click date. You get the standard rif package. If you clicked VSP and got DENIED, then yes, you get the bigger package.

RIF coming for numerous departments with notifications for 9/26 but no word on off the books date.
Only question is do they get the enhanced VSP package?
