Given this environment, you should immediately prepare to leave WF.
This involves:

  1. upskilling yourself for a new job
  2. learning AI and how to apply it in your job (get a personal PC) and the job search
  3. self development --discover yourself and model your career ("business model you")
  4. prepare skills list, STAR lists of accomplishments perhaps all the feed necessary for AI to create your resume/cover letter
  5. determine the costs/benefits of immediately leaving versus staying and "quietly quitting" and waiting for your layoff.

The toxic culture is real and it’s spreading from high leadership down to the branches- if you sneeze incorrectly, they’ll write you up. Get out if you can- wells doesn’t deserve good people to work there.
