I will remember fondly all my encounters with oh so competent C*sco IT.

This is exactly what I did. And I was just l-wlife red badge at Cisco, that got tired of the "we want to hire you, maybe next quarter" carrot dangled in front of me for 2 years always being told about all the great benefits I might get. Small companies have their share of problems but the stress of being laid off twice a year isn't there.
T-shaped. I had worked for both big and small, but never that smoll. I learned how to tie my shoelaces so I no longer need Success Track from Shoelace-tying Department to do it for me, if that's what you've meant. I want to take ownership and reigns of products, not just take blame for decisions made waaay over my head by bunch of fake-know-it-alls. I neither want nor need 11 levels of organsation between me and CEO. Just let me cook, not cuck me.
How’s your skillset? If you’ve only worked for large corps then you’re in for a shock.
