I recently received my first reminder from HR and then another from management on the same day. I’ll count that as one.
Turnabout is fair play. Every reminder should yield a contra-reminder that not taking it is the strongest response you can provide.
Consider this a reminder.

Who cares what they think, answer it. Afraid of losing your job? Charlie is coming for you regardless.
I'm not doing because I simply don't want to waste time and energy on useless things.
I had a manager come to me two weeks after an "Anonymous" survey one year and ask me specific questions related to my free form comments directed against him. Never trust WFB.
Of course it’s not anonymous! Nothing you do on your WF computer (I’ll generously call it “work”) is anonymous. And? They pay you to get things done. You agreed to it, by the way. And if you don’t like it now, that’s easy. LEAVE.
The company survey is not a safe space. It is not anonymous. Your responses will be kept in confidence by your management chain. This means they will know how you answered the questions and what you wrote in the comments but will not share it with others.
You obviously hate this bank, and hope bad things happen to it and its employees. I don’t. You seriously should find somewhere else to work. For your own good. By the way, it’s not mandatory to take the survey. But your attitude towards it shows what a miserable person you are and how this job (which you’re ungrateful to have) isn’t right for you.
The company wins if dissatisfied employees ignore the survey.
No more surveys, not as long as the Axis of Evil remains in power.
