"multiple waves over 3 to 4 years" - Cool, so it should all wrap up just in time for the next time we are not winning enough, and the new cycle can start?

I’m curious to see if they will let the CBU employees go just before Christmas

ABU says early next year but that will be round 1. They never do these things in one go and they'll say next year this is it which will be the guarantee of more to come.

Lets do it all at once and in a hurry like last time. That worked splendidly.

The comment so far = March 2025. How on earth can it take more than 6 months? If there is a problem that need to be solved, solve it?

To announce it, but then 'plan' to act more than 6 months later is utterly disgraceful.

A perfect example of why we are in a death spiral.
