My manager (a director) had two 1:1s with me. We had our 1:1 in which she gave me feedback and told me how good I performed (she was talking so highly of me ) then moved the second 1:1 to next week.
Idk what sign in this….

Folks it’s not on Monday - it’s mid week. I’m assuming should be okay?
When one on ones are rescheduled to 9/16 before noon, it is a bad sign since managers reserve this time to deliver LR notices.
Typically, managers may avoid all one on one meeting for the entire team in the week or two before layoff.
In your last one on one, it is not a good sign if your manager is overly pessimistic or you are expecting new assignments and he pushes the discussion off.
They try raising hopes and morals before shunting you off. Seen many times.
I mean is it on Monday? That’s the real true sign
Pack your stuff.
Maybe she is busy with other things; don't be too sensitive about it.
You are so good and you can graduate.
