Giving week off to everyone where the dust settles, and reorg / lining up teams for next LR in February. Focus is on LRs, not productivity and innovation. Those politically minded, excel in these times, leaving talent is dustbins.

Well as per my understanding only 80% i.e $800 million cuts will be done next week. The remaining 20% $200 million next quarter . The Feb 2025 will bring a new round of cuts as people are saying so basically its going be every fu--ing quarter big or small which already started from late 2022. At this point i don't know what shitsco is doing i am seeing posts now saying i just got an offer from cisco in san jose, don't know why they are actively hiring in the midst of such a huge layoff, seems like they want to simply hire en masse and fire en masse without any logic or brains. We are in a sh-t load of trouble where this company is heading right now.
The remaining cattle can forget about it and come back afterwards to pretend they wont be up for sla-ghter on the next LR in February blamed on the "move into AI"
Certainly there will be more LRs next winter, this should not be a surprise. During the beat down they will tell everyone they don’t see any future layoffs. Again.
