Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

This LR and Economic Free Fall

Why this LR is different than others recently. it’s a sign of the economic free fall on the horizon. Look no further than PwC layoffs to understand we are in dire economic conditions we face:

PwC cuts will affect 2.5% of the workforce at the Big Four accounting firm’s U.S. unit, the only layoffs since 2009

“Fingers in the dam” approach only works for a short time. This has been building up for a decade and the whole damņ thing is about to break.

If I get the LR Im gonna dye my hair black and go cross the border a few times a month. Can get like 8K a month that was easy. Not to mention thousands of dollars in other freebies.

The economy is fine it’s just Cisco and some other bad companies having trouble.

Absoulutely, the USA dollar is in trouble as world reserve currency. Blackrock knows it so does Chuck whos on the board. Election year crash would not surprise me as an October surprise. We are in dire times and corporate America is heavily involved.

I always think about the other side. Yes, Cisco has been doing tons of layoffs, the economy seems to be slowing down and finding great jobs that pay well will be more challenging. But there will still be hundreds of millions of people that will continue to have great jobs that pay well no matter how bad things get. You just have to keep fighting and not give up and hope that you are going to be one of the lucky ones who get to enjoy prosperity in hard times. Spend time on you to make sure you have skills needed for the future jobs. Again, hundreds of millions of people will be doing well in hard times.
