Loud Quitting has come to Intel

I read these posts on here about techs taking 8 hours of breaks in a 12 hour shift and I’ve been as WTF as the rest of you but I finally figured it out.

It’s like quiet quitting but you make sure your boss knows all about it so you can get on the ISP list ‘cause even if ISP is zero weeks that’s still better for healthcare and unemployment than resigning and most of us can’t get VSP or ERP and want out

I’ll will definitely be retaining a list of those who deserve an anonymous email to their new HR. Bide my time wait a year or two. The turn the other cheek, bottle it up, take higher road era is over. Not just for us. But across the US workforce. It’s time for accountability. And if that mean being petty - well that is an old concept that kept us in check and let these mo--ns thrive and grow. F that. Now is the era of you get what you deserve

A whole MT team in Oregon got fired some time back. 1/2 of the team would come in at 7am and stay until 1, then the other 1/2 would come in and stay until 7pm. Each half would only work 6 hours per day but get paid for 12. They're the ones who got caught but many others do similar arrangements and have been for years.

6 to 8 hour breaks isn't new. MT's have been doing this for years. And when a lot of them finally do come back, just in time for psdwn, they're stoned. Their managers don't know because they're not on the floor long enough to know what's going on.

Yes and remember their names. Remember the sc-mbags and watch where they go for new jobs. Then send a nice anonymous note to the new companies HR dept about their character, etc. Get your revenge!

VSP was offered to everyone in TD at RA, no need to pull some b-$ with breaks. People just trying to milk it to last longer and hope for ISP. There's still a chance they would keep them and fire folks for time card fraud. No package, no unemployment.

Tell these a--hats. They are the ones who got us here. And they will still be collecting a paycheck long after you have been terminated struggling to make ends meet. He-l they will probably have forgotten your name at that point. They did this and they should hear about it. They are the ones who should be fired not you. But nope they will continue their inept incompetence collecting an undeserved fat pay check. We should be way more upset about this than everyone is at work
