CSE - Customer Success Executive
I got invite from VP in Feb when my all org.was out.
The manager will be sending out invites to the entire team. We’ve been informed that there will be an impact, so meetings will be scheduled with everyone to clarify whether they are affected or not. Keep in mind that a meeting next Monday doesn't automatically mean bad news.
What’s CSE - Consulting System Engineer? Define what the terminology is.
SPM? Superior PM, not everyone knows.
CS - Customer Servant, this one is known.
I'm pretty sure the notification invites wont go out until Monday morning.
It's my understanding that all the cuts will be scheduled and completed before lunch time, as some teams in my org are having team huddles after lunch, likely to debrief and the cuts are done.
This is probably a troll post, or someone got a benign meeting scheduled and mistook it for a notification.
SO its customer support roles for other companies public and private basically. Does that include TAC and CMS
CSE role at cisco was ill conceived from the start. Too much overlap- zero value to account teams or customer. CSEs in SP, GES, Public and commercial are getting hit.

it does sound like CS roles are going to phase into something else under Liz’s new CX model. Our feeling is it will be a sort of expansion of the CSE role with SPMs into a wider scope. As Liz says, she wants the model to be from the point of sale, rather than towards the renewal. Makes sense in terms of restructuring we could see these new roles and the old ones shifted into them
actually it does make sense if they are impacted. As what Liz say, they need people who are technical. CSE, hmmm self proclaim project management?
Is it even true? So soon the notification s are out?
Is this happening to all CSE across all region?
Pretty sure this is a troll post still to early for invites to go out....nothing should happen til tomorrow at the earliest

CSE role is impacted but still some hope for CSEs they should be able to apply for this new CX leader role which will be created. Rumors says we hired lot of CSEs who does not know cisco portfolio and forget about knowing any cisco technology at least to talk high level.
