Only Insight and ERA affected or are there more layoffs happening? It's payday tomorrow. Does this mean that from now on we can be hit any day and any week? Jesus. They just can’t let us breathe for even a moment.

I have been prepared to be let go beginning 3 years ago. Sad that employees even have this hanging over their heads and families heads. Especially when the company is making twenty plus billion in profits a year. We are making you money. Layoffs destroy culture and motivation. I could double the profits in three years with a paradigm shift in VALUING Every employee and rewarding appropriately. But that is not going to happen, short term gains is how we see things.
People complaining is nothing new at companies. Just because UHG is now a hot topic doesn't make the complainers more unique than the rest.
@xhh+1utdGMft - I was laid off today. it matters a LOT to me. I'm a single-income household. now I have to figure out things like, "how do I pay for my prescriptions until I can afford insurance again?" I wasn't waiting for them to lay me off. I've been applying for jobs fastidiously. it's just that bad out there. so yeah, it matters.
Not so. A lot of companies and journalist and justice department monitor this site for news. They will never find out what’s really going on if they listen to leadership. It’s only recent that spotlight has been put on this company and believe it or not those who complain give just a little more glimpse into all the regulatory issues.
No one is stopping you from breathing. Stop turning this website into a social media comment section. Why does it matter if they lay you off or not, the real question is why are you waiting for them to lay you off? Why not just look/apply for jobs at other companies? Also, this page is to allow for employees to talk about the lay offs, not for you to complain.
