It's not going to be easy, but think about it this way, there's nothing you can do to change what's going to happen. The names are already on the list, so if you're about to be laid off, it's a done deal. Getting proper rest this weekend and recharging your batteries can help you get through Monday and the subsequent days/weeks easier. And if you're not affected, even better. I've decided that I'm done worrying. I'm as prepared as I can be, so I'll play with my kids and go out with my wife and friends instead of staying on the couch the whole weekend stressing. Then I'll deal with whatever happens on Monday.

Don’t let them beat you down. That’s how they want you to feel. Give them the big finger by living your life. Live a good life this weekend. None of this is worth it.
Monday will be brutal for everyone whether you are safe or impacted as all day there would be updates from everywhere.
Severance is 2 months not 6
good attitude. the layoffs are sad but at least they give you a nice gift on the way out. get your skills up to date, resume up to date. 6 months should be enough time that you should be able to hit the ground running 2025.
