Think about it, if there were no LRs a lot of the ELT and VPs would be out of a job. It’s obvious they are not making profits like the competition so their next trick is to layoff workers to look good for the board.

Or they could, you know, leave and let better people take over that can make sure we build good products that customers want lots of.
Usual trick that is.
I’m sure Cisco could save a sh!t ton on the process, human capital, and cost of doing layoffs. It’s like painting the Golden Gate Bridge once it’s done, you start over again. It’s a non stop process.
