Demand change yearly salary to hourly wages,
- 5 hourly paid for any time after 8 hours
double pay if ask to work on Sunday
I want to get back into the building to take a sh4t on my VPs desk
No we can’t.
The problem is that too many tech and other office type workers will stab each other in the back for a small bonus, a few months of employment or a promotion.
Given the lack of honor, good luck getting people to look out for each other instead of just themselves.
