Yes, it’s probably going to be shared with all TM’s shortly.
We’d been without clear strategic direction for the past year (or since Whitten exit) and FINALLY we’re getting some specific info about where leadership want the company to go.
Tbh I thought it was great (again, FINALLY) to get some positive future facing messaging. MDell, DougS, ArthurL, JohnB, KevinB, YMcG all in training vids giving their feedback.
NO mention of anything like mergers, acquisitions it’s about being AI prepared, the corporate go-to-market strategy all very welcome after the past months of sh*t show fear mongering
They are introducing self-service layoffs. True story bro.
Leadership Imperatives training. Its training that rolls out under different names every few years.
Maybe it’s to train them on how to be WFR’d themselves :)
Hope its personality and common sense training?
Doubtful, senior managers don't do anything so why would they need training?
