This is the first time in the companies history that they have instituted a complete blackout of Q&A. The likely reason is that they were advised by legal council to mitigate the risk of legal exposure in the form of incriminating and contradictory language.
There is already a wealth of language, contradictory actions and dubious terminations on record relating to RTO which continue to unfold in full view of employees. This is also why allowing further questions to be submitted in advance would only serve to confirm rumors as well as bolster and corroborate possible ulterior motives amongst employees.
(i.e. If RTO is not ageist, why was a peer surplussed only after they said Yes to a move? If RTO is not biased why did a younger peer receive a Wave 3 extension but not me? If RTO is to facilitate office consolidations, why was my job moved out of state while others remain at the same location?)
