I got all hands invitation from my senior director on 16th early morning. What does it mean we all under him are impacted?

Check the list - if it's just the group alias, then maybe theres a real re-org possibly due to the LR. If its individuals, then mostly the LR'd people wont be on it and this kind of email should be sent only on Monday or Tuesday
We have one, but it's a labeled as a 'regrouping call'. I imagine those who are impacted will be asked not to attend.
Is it a group call, or just you on the all hands?
Who knows. There will be a lot of comms on Monday. Maybe you are, maybe you aren't. Depends on a lot of things. What is the BU? How long is the meeting? What was in the invite?
A typical LR invite will be short (15 minutes), and the invite will have little to no information, just something like "Quick Chat" or "1:1 Conversation" -- Obviously if this is a group, it won't be 1:1, but you get the point. Either way, you can't change it. Just go and find out.
How the fu-k does anyone here know? Tell us the BU org
Had a similar experience three or four layoffs ago. Most of my team got that invite, we were all po----g bricks.
When we were all in the call, our Director started by saying “if you were invited to this call, you were NOT impacted by the LR.”
The terrible thing was that I was just coming out of another call, with a teammate - and he wasn’t on this call ….
