Call it 50-100 layoffs big and small since 2001 when they laid off 27% of employees and contractors, and there was never a mass exodus. A few individuals will jump, but the masses will stay put in a slowing economy just as they did in good economic times.

Yes. Got out of this toxic company. My health has improved, sleeping better and just plain happy again.

Yes - already have an offer elsewhere and currently in negotiations. Their initial offer was also a 65% payrise.

Even if i survive, i don't want to stay in this organization. AM a top performer still need to face lot of trauma. In my career, joining cisco was the worst decision i took. Every 6 months they are breaking hearts of 5000(5000*4 lives) families on average.

Yes. The company keeps hiring the wrong folks and making them directors and VPs as if we don’t have enough of them. Then they micromanage you.

Yes. Not because of the LRs but because of multiple layers of unnecessary management and the wrong folks in the wrong industry trying to control and micromanage you. This will not change.

Yes, I'm currently interviewing for 2 different jobs and I'm on the final interview rounds for both. If either one work out, I'm leaving right away. If it doesn't work out. I'm going to continue to work hard at getting another job. My mind is made. My decision is really not all the layoffs. It is because I completely lost confidence that our current leaders are making the right business decisions.
