Scott scheduled an all hands one month from now with HR finance (two people consultants and someone from HR). Salary cuts across the board? Any insights? The people consultants threw me. Any other orgs get something similar?

SVPs don’t want to answer questions, they bring helpers to do that. I’m guessing the reward cycle will be known by then, and he/she expects some sharp questions—like about the cr-p bonus.
I saw this too and found it strange but I get invites to my stakeholder all hands and they always include their HR so it would seem like standard practice for SVP and above. But I know the timing and fact he didn’t include them before makes it a bit odd.
