I thought Obama completely fixed the US healthcare system to make it reliable and affordable?
The most significant effect was reducing the number of uninsured by over 36% before the orange man drove it up over 16% before COVID. If you went to high school you should understand the concept behind F=ma. With m being $4.5T/yr and growing, a lot of force will result in very little acceleration.
Other countries have shown health care can be far more effective at far less cost.
