To recap:
- they tell us tomorrow that we have to go
- they will email us the package and the process specifics
- we all have two more months to find a job within Cisco or somewhere else
- at the end of the two months we get to sign the agreement required to get the package
- the package will include a minimum compensation required by the law
- some compensation not to sue them
- whatever else they need to pay you (PTO balance mostly)
