CX Renewals

We all got a 30min 1:1 on Monday. Why dont they start with so many middle managers, which they are fat for the company. I can’t believe one of them spent almost $8K in a very small team dinner in Vegas, even tho all this situation. Save people, cut this unnecessary expenses.

I know of a sales renewal team that rented a bus in Vegas and then they drove to the liq-or store. The entire team spent the night driving around on a bus getting wasted.

Who is “we all?” I know many people who work in Renewals, and I’m hearing the org is relatively safe. Are you a Renewals Manager or a Renewals Specialist? Any specifics are helpful.

$8000 for dinner?

In Springfield they’re eating the dogs.

They’re eating the cats.

They’re eating the pets of the people who live there.

My manager also told our entire team last week that he'd be calling each one of us Monday regardless. All 30 minute meetings. I do not think we are all safe.

Authority without accountability. All the useless layers of fat are there for a reason.

It's probably an invite to tell you that you are "safe". I was LR'd in the past, and it's almost always a 15-minute invite. My boss (a director) told our entire team last week that he'd be calling each one of us Monday regardless, as this is what his leader expects him to do.
