Most people think that it already is fully outsourced via McKinsey, all of the strategic initiatives, reduction in force, talking points and other social initiatives did not originated within the U.S. Bank C suite but were bought and paid for such that it must be good.
It would be a demonstration of prudent expense management and effective cost control. I say go for it.
