Hearing we are moving many positions to crowdsourced support forums sponsored by Cisco — but that’s basically like using Reddit to try to put the fires out.
Highly doubt the 20%.
US based TAC gonna be all gone in the near future. Don't worry they will change the title and you can reapply for your position in another country for a third the pay.
