Anyone knows how it works in Germany? Considering the local work counsel law, anyone will be notified now if he/she is impacted? Or have to wait for other few months to be notified and or to know at all??

Germany is not that much impacted, our GM said we will reach the target due normal turnover rate (and filling back these roles/positions).

How does the consultation email look like and who gets it?
I am in Belgium, I have never heard about a consultation email, is it UK specific?
Here we will only hear who's impacted in like 3 months I guess (right before Xmas - Happy Holidays!)
Probably will start notifying in 2 1/2 months time. Its after the UK, and over here we are still waiting consultation email to arrive
Likely will not be notified for another couple of months. Process is quite long in Germany.
