UK CX is moving to Poland. All roles will be eliminated unfortunately. Also overlay sales and virtual sales in UK will be impacted and move that to lower cost centers if needed in future. If you are an SE or AM you are safe rest no one is. If this time may be but not for long.

Wait for the consultation emails from DM and the "change is the only constant" speech from CP. There will be 3 to 4 consultation emails, one every week. Likely nothing definite will be known before another 4-6 weeks of waiting. Don't stress. You cannot change anything by stressing. Look for another job whether you are affected or not. UKI theatre was done in 4+ years ago.
