No org is displayed for my manager, his reports or his manager in Outlook.
Intranet is fine.
Should I be worried? Just paranoid?

Just make sure they don’t turn your paycheck off!
Weird, looks normal to me. Maybe an update was processing?
View the organizational hierarchy in workday. That’s usually the system of record which is then synchronized into downstream systems.
Must be down. My doesn’t show org either. Probably updating stuff
Did you try looking up yourself in Outlook to see if you still roll up to your manager?
