I am a Hispanic person so however this lands it is what it is. I do think that the STEM positions (+Supply Chain) needed to stay and the first organixation that should be liquidated should be the DEI (3P) organizations. In all technicalities these are luxury (nice to have) positions but not business critical. Not sure how letting go Software Developers is a sound business decision but not, from what I saw in an email invite, a DEI officer.

What the he-l did I just read.
Im thankful for Cisco and our DEI officers here. Its a very hard state of the economy and employers these days. I identify as a furry and live in Ohio its very scary times and there are few protecting us from whats going on except for Trump. I hope PETA provides an endorsement for him and things are corrected after Nov 5.
The only two persons who deserve the LR are the coward CEO and shameless 3P lead
