2nd day back. Any insight on how things are going? Missing tools, dispatching on jobs not completed correctly, OT requests, ie forced OT etc. Would also be interested in how much of the work backlog has been cancelled. Would imagine yesterday was a cluster for a lot of groups.

I had a customer tell me today that someone came to work on their line 3 weeks ago and told them that they were from out of town and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the line and she (the customer) would have to wait until the local guys came back to work to get it fixed. Cable pair was open 3100 ft from the xbox. Customer was out for a month because of something that took 15 minutes to find and fix.
“ I still have access to the CO Dash. Oh look, there’s nothing in there. Just like we left it.”
Jealously will get you nowhere but nice tall tale. Have so much work in the CO’s it will take a while to just catch up on all the provisioning orders. Had it under control before strike now it’s a mess but that’s ok, job security.
It’s starting to climb now.

Like I said, I’ll take their job any day of the week. Take a work request in the morning, then time for lunch with the gang. Get back to the office and pull another jobs and done for the day.
Super easy, cushy job, driving around. Thank the lord above for your simple life, some of us actually work all day.
“ My group has a bucket truck missing after the CP management takeover. Nowhere to be found, not pinging, just gone. Poof.”
Maybe it’s the one splatted up against a low bridge in GA by the safety training manager. Palmetto, GA if my memory serves me right.
It looks like the orders are pushed way out. I had to reschedule an ABF order today and the 1st available date was Oct 14th.

Back at work, sitting in my work van. Enjoying strike leftovers with rib eye sandwich and missy's peach cobbler.
WTF. The T cluster continues.
Haha this is awesome
Busy cooking steaks, lobster, and king crab for lunch.
It's no different than asking how stage 4 cancer treatments are progressing.
It's the T-Tanic, prepare accordingly.
Water, food, medical supplies, training.
busy ordering tools that are missing
Weird. CP crews said the same thing.
