eventually Cisco will have to completely shut down ALL of R&D in China.
Sad but that is the general prediction as the majority of CISCO's US business in the future are with Uncle SAM or companies gotten revenue mainly from Uncle SAM. Just don't know it will be smoother or a crash landing. Chinese govt has also been unfriendly to US business in China for 15 years at least now. Strict rules enforcements and purchase restrictions made those companies difficult to sell any enterprise level products in China lately.
But CRDC has much more technical strength than Indian branch, which performs lousy job.
No civilized country should have RD based in china.
