Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Gas lighting 130k people

4 years of inflation... No pay rises for the vast majority .. Promises of pay reviews and rises ..

Then a scandalous strategy of telling people they are being made.... No evidence. Nothing company wide... Adhoc... Make your own mind as to whether it's actually happening...

Playing with peoples mental health

I thought they couldn't go any lower.

Shame on you!!!

@1fqw+1uyIiq9R is getting negative press. But I agree.

If you do your job properly, you should get an increase. Those who do not perform should not. You should also be able to expect to be paid about the same as colleagues who do the same job, and you should get a bit more for being loyal, having more business knowledge and experience.

The current strategy is sc--wed. You get the same 0% as the id--t next to you, who does sod all, but joined later so gets paid more anyway. The management have no rewards to hand out, and seemingly no consequences either.

Seems like Howard has got on tlo

I got a 2 last year. Received nothing..

You shouldn’t get a pay increase just because of an inflation, that’s what unions do. Give pay increases to all even if you don’t perform!

You should get a pay increase each year that you meet all and exceed some of your goals (not company wide goals , unless your in direct sales).

If don’t at least meet your goals , and inflation runs rampant you should get ZERO. If your really trying and putting effort then you should keep your job for another year , if your a slacker and not helping your team you should be FIRED for n the stop, no severance at all!

They fired 20 people from my team on friday. The narrative is there are mass layoffs company wide. I don't believe it and see no evidence of this. Our reality is that clients are dropping our product. Can anyone chime in if there is some sort of mass layoffs happening?
