It's not Cisco, it's US law treats woman as sh-t, Cisco does even slightly better compared to market overall. In EU you cannot even legally fire a pregnant woman, so it is not about Cisco but country you leave in.

Since the issues are different I don't believe a class action is possible, but if enough women come forward with their experiences it will be compelling.
Cisco treats women like sh-t.
