Do they think after this people is going to keep working like normal??? are they going to give higher bonus to the ones staying to try to make them go back to normal??

Cisco has been LR'ing people annually for the past two-decades, and more recently every quarter. Despite all this, people still go on these all-hands meetings and post about how much they love CR, how much they love FKs handbags, and how great LC looks. Nothing is going to change.
Look back on the dozens of layoffs over the past 23 years.
They think people who are not cut will be just happy to have a job.
Sadly things are probably going to be BLEAK. We will see what happens with IPFs, but I'm not holding out much hope. I'm sure Chucky will be getting his millions though. Meanwhile I can't even get my stupid little bonus in comparison.
The beatings/LRs will continue until morale improves

I heard its only 60% of target bonus this year.
At this point money isn’t even a consideration. You could give a 300% CPB and it wouldn’t motivate me. This sh-t is insane.
With the same BS as always. "Innovation" and "Great place to work" messages that are far from reality.
