Why would anybody be accessing this or doing any personal business on the internet using a company issued device? Every company tracks internet traffic that originates from within their network. People don't realize this? Do your personal stuff on your own laptop, phone, or tablet.
The comment about accessing the site on the Internet is definitely real. Hopefully you’re not using a company device. There is reporting that goes out monthly that shows when somebody has made transactions or have provided input on a non-approved site of sorts. My manager set a meeting with me to discuss
A few years ago JR hit a tipping point when she started promoting and advocating for sycophants instead of qualified people. Those people grant her loyalty through and through and she has not let any underperforming directs go in more than 5 years. She’s incapable of making a hard decision on someone and it has destroyed RMC.

What will happen is all those risk leaders will come back with big plans and dump them on their employees not realizing they aren’t achievable with 30% less staff. The real fat to be trimmed is among Jodi’s directs, how many does she have who make 600+ total comp a year? It is ludicrous.

For those accessing this site through the intranet , be ready they are rolling out additional restrictions in October around internet access. Calling it protection of systems and information but we know the real motivation
Who cares? Every company has teams for keeping an eye on social media, so it’s not like they don’t know what’s up. Anyways, they can’t do much about it. They can read stuff, maybe post a few cheerleader comments, or ask for something to be taken down if it’s illegal or breaks the site's ToS.
Just keep your posts legal, don’t give away too much personal info, and skip the cursing and insults. That way, you won’t have to worry about your identity being reveled or getting your posts deleted.
And if you are extra paranoid, try using VPN.

I haven't posted anything inappropriate, but even if someone does - Risk is monitoring this site looking for "leakers", really? Yeah, good luck with that. It's anonymous. Even if the site released IP addresses on all posts, where am I posting from? Right now I'm in the Netherlands. In 2 minutes I will be in Japan. Then in another 2 minutes back to the US.
