Thread regarding VMware layoffs

Totally silent here

We're working from a country where Omnissa hasn't established the entity, all we get from leadership is silence. What are they doing that's taking so long? Don't we deserve some communication?

Nobody cares about Omnissa. You got sc--wed and will eventually be fired when they close shop. Get a new job.

Once the headcount downsizing is over, then Omnissa will have fewer locations with employees. It will take time to complete the KKR planned staff reductions. Be patient.

KKR sealed the fate of Omnissa when they agreed to keep the VMW leaders in place.

They are silent because they are clueless about how to stop the revenue decline.

KKR is revisiting where Omnissa will maintain an ongoing presence. It's a difficult decision when the customer base is declining in some countries and support costs stay the same.

Expecting communication is too much to ask from this company, do yourself a favor and look for other opportunities.

Shankar is likely focused on our revenue shortfall. Until that issue is resolved, everything else is a low priority. Omnissa is off to a slow start, which must be at the top of his mind.
