This time I think it’s true. Reduce headcount and whoever’s left has to cover the extra workload. In my division. All people see. when they refill these positions I’ll get promoted.
They will work extra workload for this reason. Remember, what I always said. If it’s too good to be true, it usually is.
Anymore insight? 8 days since this post and not hearing anything yet
Its not looking good.
‘winter is coming’. I know that it is raison d’etre of this site; but, absolutely no specifics, numbers, locations dates etc. leaves me to think it is a fishing expedition to see how many upvotes or how many views or to see if anyone will post juicy information. This one is getting a downvote.
Any info?? or is this similar to the one post about an imminent email on a friday that never came or the 401k plans stopping similar to IBM.
Honeywell playbook is a trickle of layoffs leading up to a large round.
@3tnw+1v1NgXBs Totally this hence HR down voting you, I have noticed that any post too close to the truth is immediately down voted.... you can judge veracity on here by this action alone :)
Didn’t IA just have layoffs?
I wouldn't be surprised if this was IA only. open to confirmation that other sbgs are impacted too
Yes,,,,
It because their revenue growth is flat.
Thus stock market is not going to be happy.
Therefore, layoff, will reduce cost, improve margins..
Hence leaders with stock options will be benefit.
Engineers put u r CV in the market. Don't be a sheep.

kiddies... RIFMAS is almost here! That means 12/15 401K match. That also means its time to go.
I read a news that PPE will be sold ver soon ...
IA here, I "lead" a team of 5, I was told to drop 2 employees, 40% RIF. Oof.
More nebulous statements of dubious value. If you’re going to write newspaper headlines then support your claims with some facts.
Assume at least 10% of every team is about to be laid off. I was just told as a manager to start putting people on pips. It is disgusting.
They will integrate the former carrier into Security. Dozens of employees will be made redundant soon.
How many? And what groups?
