VPN has been able to be tracked for years, just like they can track your id swipes, your Q messenger status (ie if you purposely choose to never show yourself as idle) and should your manager want to, they can read the Q messages you write too. Their eyes are always watching.

A month or so ago someone on this board said Legg was going to have that stuff tracked soon.

Every now and then you can get good info here.

More importantly, this will impact director bonuses. You do the math.

From the very small pool of employees I have polled, it seems as though the common denominator is Jeremy Legg.

Like this comment if you report to Legg and have been notified of hourly in office tracking.

This is true. My AVP shared with us yesterday that a new report is available, flagging people who are in the office for less than 5 hours a day. VPN and MS Teams ping hourly to check if you’re connected to the corporate VPN. It wouldn’t surprise me if this impacts our bonuses and merit increases next year, if we even make it to then!

True, but only if you report to an A-hole. This is not corporate wide.
