In Annandale and like many others I have zero interest to going to Houston. I was curious what companies you have left exxon for whether you were in Annandale or not? How did their culture compare to our awful one?

In GP... younger folks have went out to tech projects orgs; Facebook, Tesla, Amazon, etc. Pay is decent, culture is better.
Mid career to late career folks usually have hopped around the oil industry. Large project management talent still pays well.
Still in the oil business, but it's hash oil now.

How about Annandale folks moving to Meta, Amazon, Palantir from 2-4 years back with a big smile on their faces?
