With massive asset sales in Europe...then HC10 cuts will be mostly Europe. But US needs to send more Downstream accounting and finance work to Argentina and India. Upstream accounting (former XTO and Pioneer) will cut as fields get sold off. Accounting gets very easy once you have only Permian and Thunderhorse.
