CWA NEEDS TO GO !!!!!!!!!!!!

Boeings Union.... You are hired!!!!
The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Local 751 told Reuters that the new package includes a 35% pay hike over four years, a new incentive plan and a $7,000 ratification bonus.

The corporation is also offering employees 12% in 401(k) contributions, plus a one-time contribution of $5,000 to workers' retirement accounts.

When I once picked up the incoming 'fax' traffic which included a note to Directors and VPs encouraging them to donate $2,000 to Hillary Clinton's campaign that's when I knew for sure that Union 'leadership' and the company's executive 'leadership' are playing for the same team. This is why neither managers nor new union employees have pensions anymore. The idea of setting up an honest sinking fund instead of stuffing their own pockets or investing in stupid things is just too hard for them.

OP, "Boeing workers had been without a raise for a decade, and their company's union had been seeking a pay increase for several years."
That whole time, feast or famine, CWA-ers did receive regular raises, though, I agree, not nearly good enough - but, still, an apples and oranges, deceitful comparison.
That all being said, CWA shouldn't forget their telco members, the people who built their cushy existence, the one in which they mow their lawns and throw elections, while we continue to toil.

or, perhaps, "Our company's unionized workers have pensions, we should be unhappy we don't". 😂

"You should be happy that you have a pension. Most companies no longer have pensions." - @6hol+1v6Xnt5A
The Koch brothers, Elon, and others have conditioned you well to say such a self-defeating argument, when you could just have easily stood up for yourself and instead said, "Our company's unionized workers have pensions, you should be unhappy you don't".
Keep putting your own interests down so the rich can get richer at your expense.

Verizon's employees who are non-union "do not" have a current pension and where the management's (non-union) pension plan has been frozen for almost 25 years.

I feel bad for you complaining about your pathetic pension raises. You should be happy that you have a pension. Most companies no longer have pensions.

I actually work and do my job. I can’t imagine how much more I would be making if the union wasn’t in the way.
This is what happens when the slugs get protected and everyone is “equal”.

Time for a new union it's just that simple enough is enough but same goes for management we need a new executive slate with new ideas

CWA is a joke. Has done nothing for members for years. Sold out future hires years ago. Raises are a joke and pension raises are pathetic.
