We Can Deliver

I guess the bank doesn’t care about the we can delivery program anymore? In the past, I’ve seen so much praise for peers who submit a referral, but when I submitted one recently and the individual actually opened a credit card, I didn’t hear peep from anyone. Pretty discouraging because I was excited that it all worked out as it’s supposed to.. but suddenly they stopped caring and I didn’t even get a thank you from my boss.

I don’t think it’s right that they only dish out praise when they want to focus on the program and then ghost everyone the rest of the year.

We Can Deliver is kinda old now. There was a lot of rah-rah when it was first introduced, but now "selling in" 6-8 Products per Relationship" is just another one of the goals we are tracked on in our Performance Review each quarter and annual.

Like everything else, it's expected and not special anymore.

Same as the Doing More with Less. That's become permanent, too. And expected.

Am sorry this happened to you. Mngt talks a good game but always seems to let us down.
