500 Customer Care Today I understand that they will be sending most all Comenity Bank customer's sensitive information like SS DOB and all info offshore to other countries that do not have the same laws as USA. Very scary banks can do this without customer' s knowledge. Especially with Identity Theft Concerns

I worked for Alliance Data when they first out sourced the call center in Mexico. As a Senior Account Specialist it was the worst. People were escalating all the time and those agents not knowing what they were doing were just dumping calls with no explanation. I send prayers to all of those laid off today and I hope this is an opportunity for something better to come for you.
The layoff rumors have been swirling for about two weeks. It was handled as poorly as anything this company does. People were sent a link to a recorded message letting them know if they were laid off or not. Some of the links didn't work.
Layoff were completely random, allowing people who are barely competent in a position to continue while laying off people who were the knowledge base of specialty teams.
If they are outsourcing they will lose a lot of customers because nobody likes a customer service rep that you can’t understand. Just my experience of being on both sides of the fence.
I understand a lot of banks are doing poorly at this time. There is a list of some banks that they think are in trouble.....Sounds like Comenity should be on it
Wow they must be having financial difficulties to do that to their employees and customers
