Chevron is renovating its restrooms on floors L31-39 for $2.93 million. So I guess the executive gold plated toilets in SR are real. I don’t mind getting laid off if my salary is needed for important new corporate initiatives to improve long-term shareholder value. I am sure this is one of the better prospects exploration has identified in years!

$2.93 million/ 9 floors = $325k bathroom renovation per floor. I will for sure sneak in and inaugurate it the chevron way.
Meanwhile, average joe bathroom in 1400 and 1500 is super filthy and uninviting.
If it's anything like SR, there will be an entire floor or area dedicated to the executives and their entourage. They will have a separate parking garage where they can access an elevator that goes directly to their floor. You will not have access to that floor or elevator. You can't just wonder onto or into their area. If you somehow manage to get in there, you will be confronted immediately then politely asked to leave. I had to enter the palace in SR once for a meeting. These people live in a totally different world disconnected from everyone else.
They need to structurally reinforce the floors so their heavy, overflowing wallets do not cause a pancake collapse of the entire building.

Joke all you want, but I think we all can agree about the urgent need for this project. One only has to think about how utterly full of 💩 these people are to realize that the need is real. 😂
In this they will also hide the "security" enhancements to the executives new homes: electric fences, electronic surveillance, steel gates, panic rooms, etc.
