What I wish it would mean is that Toledo’s leadership extended to Lima. Lima’s management team of legacy husky people are incompetent, rude, change averse and very spiteful. Toledo culture seems much better and aligned with cenovus core values. I hate being sent to Lima to work on a project. Take what Toledo has going and extend it to Lima please. I won’t name names but let’s just say the leads of maintenance execution, HR, purchasing, reliability, and on and on. It’s a cancer for cenovus there at Lima.

Shutdown smaller less efficient units in their respective refinery to run the counterpart full out. Then transfer components such as Platformate to the other refinery for blending.
