None of this is new in a finance industry job
Michael Phelps gets paid is because he is a good speaker, and tells a good story.
He puts in the time to work on himself to excel in many things. He does not exist to be a fu--ing drag to his teammates and on society.
Meanwhile some coworkers are bad at their job and make you clean up their mess every day. Is it fair that Michael Phelps makes a billion dollars? no.
Nothing is fair.
But neither is your coworker who is not paid like Michael Phelps to clean up your sh-t every day and take the stress home to their family because they need to feed people while you took advantage of their integrity.
