Thread regarding Staples Inc. layoffs

Management at the trough

Tired of seeing poor management reduce good teams to tired, overworked shells of their former selves. Lets give more pay and bigger titles to those managers who have cr-p leadership skills, and frustrate the dedicated workers on their team to the extent they impede their performance and create an unhappy, burnt out work environment. Let's keep the disgustingly poor wages of those workers so they can't even get near the cost of living wages in their respective cities. And for a little bit more spice, allow management to openly degrade those same workers in meetings and treat them with unchallenged disrespect. This company is openly eating away at the core of tenured, loyal and hardworking people who try every day to do their best and make Staples a better company. I'm still trying, but man this is an exhausting place to work and these wages will forever haunt me for not leaving by now.
