Came in today to find a coworker was separated in Friday. To those poopooing this, you're very compassionate....
Publicize. Make it messy for them.
connected vehicle had a few but not sure if there were more. Extremely quiet. No department is immune to this and that should be understood.
There is a 10% task every year, even in the good years. I worked for them from 2007-2022 and every year it was the same thing. It usually meant US would lose a job with 1/2 FTE going over to India or Mexico. This is the great American company.

friend who is still at Ford (I'm not, as I said) said 10% across the board, US headcount. but you all will see. I'm working with a lawyer as I promised the department.
