Unfortunately Mondelez doesn't fire anyone. You can do nothing but as long as you shoe up sometimes you will never be fired lol

I literally told my DM to fire me and nothing happened lol.
Just quit! Plenty of jobs of there for qualified workers! I was working in a week making more money and much happier
They pick and choose, some people would get fired for that, if they didn’t like you. It’s a violation of company policy to kicked out of a store and according to company policy they are suppose to investigate and if the employee did something that warranted kicked out they are terminated.

Tell me about it I had a ftow get kicked out of Walmart, they just switched stores up so that person didn’t have to go back
